CHURCH STAFF

  • DAVE LODWIG    LEAD PASTOR

    Dave began pastoral ministry in the summer of 1997. He graduated from Eugene Bible College in 1998 and Multnomah Seminary in 2015. He and his wife Heather have two children, Jackson and Emma.


    Dave has pastored in Missoula since May of 2013 and also serves his community as a police chaplain and executive director of Missoula Chaplain Services.


    Dave still believes that cinema reached its peak as an art form in 1981 with the release of Raiders of the Lost Ark and had a radical procedure done to make sure he bleeds pinstripes in honor of his beloved NY Yankees.


    Antics aside, Dave is a dedicated and approachable leader. A vital and energetic force behind caring for the people of Waypoint church and his community.

  • Heidi Dosier    Worship Pastor

    Heidi leads the worship band and oversees the worship and media ministry at Waypoint. An architect by trade, she has always had a passion for music. From a young age, Heidi played piano and sang in and out of church. Touring Europe in vocal groups, she met her husband, Ben, also an integral part of the worship and media team. They have two children who share their love of music, skiing, sailing, hiking, biking, sewing, and making sweet treats. Heidi and the worship and media team strive to fade into the background, allowing people to connect with God.

  • MORGAN OIE    Family MINISTRIES DIRECTOR

    A dedicated mother of four, Morgan has become the lifeblood that keeps our church running.  When she's not overseeing our couples and kids ministries, she's also serving on our worship team.  She and her husband Wally are an integral part of Waypoint's community.

  • ROCHELLE OTTO    administrative assistant

    Rochelle grew up in the cow-filled hills of western New York and moved to Montana in 2025. Some of her favorite things to do include playing piano, hiking, winning an argumentative card game, or playing a competitive game of Spikeball for hours! She's also the owner of Mystery Meadows LLC and loves thinking up and creating new products!
